The ESZ Tenkara heavy shot line (the heaviest version of our shot line) is created to turn over a bigger fly and can be cast against stronger wind. As the only company on the market to develop such a Tenkara line, we offer two versions(0.8mm and 0.9mm) to give you a choice for your specific water and/or weather conditions. The loop at the end of the leader makes connecting the tippet easier.

The Tenkara shot line and the Tenkara heavy shot line come in a different color of backing on the end to help you identify and distinguish the two versions easily.
