Shipping & Returns & Exchanges
Our customer can enjoy free shipping with orders over $150 (excluding tax), and $15 shipping fee for orders under $150.
Returns & Exchanges:
ESZ accepts returns up to 30 days from the date of your purchase on our products, but you must ensure that the products are in new or like new condition. (For example, if you remove the plastic cover from the handle, which is not new or like new condition.)
All returns or exchanges must be purchased from the ESZ website or shows. If you purchased from other dealers, please contact them directly for your return/exchange.
Provide your invoice number in the email or call our customer service to initiate your return/exchange.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. After we receive the package, we will determine the condition of the product. Once the return/exchange requirements are met, we will contact you as soon as possible for your refund/exchange. The refund may take up to 7 business days to credit your account.
If you receive a damaged item, please take a photo and contact us (require both shipping package damage and rod tube damage proof).
You may cancel your order by calling us before receiving shipping confirmation. If the wrong item is sent to you, please take a picture and contact us and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
If you wish to cancel your order after receiving shipping confirmation, you must follow the return procedure.
