ESZ is providing you a lifetime warranty for our rods. Our customers need to pay handling fee + shipping to repair their rods. Please see the Parts page of our website for the handling fee for each section. This process only takes 7 business days after you place the order for the repair. After you receive the replacement, you just need to take off the bottom screw first and remove the damaged/broken part, then put the new piece back in. Often times, there are broken parts left in the section. Please remove it before put in replacement, otherwise it may cause more damage to your replacement or your rods. If you have any questions, please call or email us before you get started to put on the replacement.
